Rolling Cubes.

Orientiring system project realized for the BURG GIEBICHENSTEIN Hochschule of Halle.

Due to the complexity of the Burg environment, this sign system is made to show physically the correct path to follow, previewing bends, uphills and downhills. The block can move on the metal bars, rolling and running from a define starting point to a the metal bar end. Those bars defines the walking path through the inside and the outside of the university.
The system is studied to work on the ground as on the walls, like inside and outside the institute.
Every block represent each course (kommunication design, Mode Design, Industrial Design, ... ) and service (Secretariat, Mensa, ... ). Every face of the cubes describe the different rooms of the path.
